As a highly sought-after Life & Career Coach, she brings her expertise in fostering physical and spiritual wellness to her clients. Tammy holds numerous certifications, including Strategic Intervention Coach, 200HR Yoga Teacher, Usui Holy Fire III Master and Karuna Master, Silvers Healing Modality Practitioner, and Master Facilitator.
Passionate about education and guiding transformation, Tammy is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of her clients. Here's a bit about me as one of your Retreat Facilitators...
Towards the tail end of a 27 year career in Financial Services as a Financial Advisor and Wholesaler of Asset Management products, Marilyn discovered yoga to be a powerful tool to further assist her on her journey of self exploration. Since then she has dedicated over a decade to the practice of Yoga and other modalities, completing certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chakra Therapeutics, and Thai Body Work. Marilyn’s sensually soothing voice and earthy style has provided an incredibly connective atmosphere for thousands of students to embrace all aspects of themselves, as she encourages, inspires and guides them to explore greater depths of self-acceptance.
Life is intended to be experienced comprehensively and harmoniously. With greater presence, accountability of Self, and through the process of emotional intelligence, Marilyn believes self-empowerment, self-acceptance, and comprehensive living are attainable and sustainable. She has developed and facilitated classes, workshops, and online courses with this as the foundational lens of her teachings. Through this understanding and the use of various modalities, Marilyn supports her coaching clients through their own process and elevated experiences of personal growth and expansion. Marilyn resides in Connecticut, yet has supported the expanded growth of women and men across the U.S. and beyond.
